职位描述：
1.参与网站产品前期的规划构思，完善产品概念。
2.归纳网站产品界面的人机交互需求。
3.设计网站产品界面的信息架构、用户操作流程等，给出产品原型。
4.可用性测试，持续改进产品。
职位要求：
1 3年互联网产品设计经验。人机交互／心理学／软件工程／工业设计或相关设计学科的学历。
2 熟悉网站产品开发流程。熟练运用用户访谈，角色定义，故事版，概念图，网站地图，线框图等交互设计方法，有日志分析能力者优先考虑。
3 基本的视觉语言表达能力。手绘／草图，Photoshop，Dreamweaver等原形设计工具熟练运用。懂CSS，DIV或 Javascript，ActionScript 者优先。
4 良好的沟通与语言表达能力。具有责任心，工作目标感与计划性；良好的团队协作，执行力与学习能力。
5 对互联网有强烈兴趣并具有一定的商业灵敏度。富有创造力和激情，具备一定的眼界。

2、资深视觉设计师
职位描述：
1.负责网站产品界面的视觉设计及产品的在线推广设计工作
2.负责产品的情感需求分析，创建原型。和产品开发团队共同创建界面工作。
3.实现界面的视觉和美术设计方面的设计，如图标、主题、背景等。制定产品用户界面的风格及标准
4.参与产品在线推广活动的策划与设计实现工作
5.吸引用户使用产品

职位要求：
1.专科以上学历，美术，视觉传达，工业设计相关专业，3年以上互联网工作经验
2.对用户界面设计，交互设计相关工作有浓厚兴趣，富于团队精神，
3.熟悉界面设计的流程方法，出色的设计语言表达能力，优秀的创新与沟通协调能力
4.精通photoshop、illustrator、flash、dreamweaver等常用制作工具；懂htm语言
5.熟悉3D或actionscript语言优先
6.对互联网产品有强烈兴趣并具有一定的商业灵敏度。富有创造力和激情。

3、用户研究员Researcher
Job Description:
1. Conduct contextual inquiries to gain an understanding of users and their work goals;
2. Perform heuristic analysis and competitive product analysis;
3. Conduct usability testing and validation;
4. Document and present findings to UI Design and Product teams;
5. Add findings to existing personas;
6. Develop and maintain user pool for usability testing and validation;
7. Assist with other projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required;
2. Master’s degree in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, Statistics or related field is preferred;
3. Minimum of 2+ years experience performing User Experience research/design preferably in a mature Internet or software development organization;
4. Thorough knowledge and significant experience with User-Centered Design practices: contextual inquiry, persona development, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, interface design, rapid prototyping and participatory design, usability testing;
5. Experience with user research techniques (e.g. Card Sorting, Cognitive Walkthroughs, etc…);
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
8. Ability to consistently deliver projects on schedule;
9. Ability to work independently and handle change and shifting priorities;
10. Internet and computer savvy.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with TechSmith Morae software;
2. Experience with AB-Testing, and familiar with Agile software development practices;
3. Experience in organizing traditional and online user testing, and focus group meetings.

职位要求：
1、 熟悉XHTML、CSS、Javascript编程；
