工作职责
• Being a member of UX design team to design positive customer experience for products, service and solutions.
• Work closely with User researcher, Interaction and Industrial designers to develop design concepts iteratively.
• Responsible for content layout and pixel perfect visual appearance.
• Create visual designs of graphics, icons, animations, user interface elements, and visual design specifications.
招聘要求
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, or other visual arts related field.
• Minimum 2+ years work experience in GUI design.
• Passionate about GUI design. Use Graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, illustrator like a pro.
• Flash design/development skill. Programming in Action Script a big plus
• Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage work load, and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships. Leadership skill is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

工作职责
• Take an active role among design teams in the area of human factors principles and appropriate ergonomic designs for product, service and solutions.
• Work collaboratively in multiple cross-functional User Experience teams to design positive customer experience for products.
• Work with project/product teams to implement Customer Experience strategies for products.
• Provide product designers and engineers with specifications and that apply Human Factors Engineering principles to Customer Experience requirements.
• Assist with the research and validation of Future Customer Experience Strategies and their integration into products.
• Conduct product usability study to validate Customer Experience Designs.

• Master Degree in Cognitive Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2+ years experience doing interface design, usability evaluation, or research.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of User-centered design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, task analysis, experimental design and statistics.
• Must have excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills to contribute within multi-functional and multi-disciplined project team(s).

工作职责
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the design, planning, execution, analysis and reporting of qualitative and usability research
• Lead the qualitative work-streams within larger projects involving primary and secondary guest and competitive research
• Facilitate and execute research projects such as shopalong, store intercepts, interviews, in home research, usability studies and more
• Facilitate the project team's efforts in identifying key learning throughout the research and conduct analysis of data to generate insights and recommendations
• Provide expert consultation to teams regarding qualitative research and usability, including working with groups to recognize future strategies, and usability insight to their product or interface
• Be skilled at learning and incorporating evolving technological capabilities for research as well as creating and managing digital presentations
招聘要求
• Master degree in Human Factors, Interface Design, Psychology, Anthropology or related area
• Three or more years experience in qualitative research and usability, field observations, ethnographic, usability testing, and other user research methodologies
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, project management, and communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to large audiences
• Strong ability with facilitation and group collaboration
