交互设计  6名
工作职责：
1. 作为设计助理参与到网站产品的设计实战当中，根据产品需求制定交互方案，输出产品原型。

2. 主导网站创新型概念产品的设计研发。

3. 参与网站用户体验相关的研究型项目。
3. 参加青训营培训。

职位要求：
1. Nice，open，有同理心，擅于换位思考。较强的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力。

2. 兴趣广泛，拥有丰富的知识储备和阅历，对群体心理和行为有所观察和思考。

3. 对新鲜事物充满好奇，擅于发现，乐于创新，勇于突破。

4. 对用户体验和交互设计有浓厚的兴趣，有在用户体验设计领域的职业发展意愿。
5. 了解网站界面开发流程，有一定的互联网产品设计经验。
6. 工业设计、计算机、视觉传达、心理学相关背景；网虫。

7. 2011年毕业，在此之前能有6个月以上的专职实习时间。
