职责

1. Graphic design for mobile applications, including the user interface of website, client and related GUI.
2. Work with team members to design the interactive parts, prototype and demo.
3. Work with team members to complete and optimize the UI Flow.

1. 负责公司手机应用软件产品的视觉设计，包括软件产品WEB端界面、客户端软件界面及相关的GUI设计；
2. 参与产品开发过程中的交互、原型及demo设计；
3. 参与界面设计流程的完善和优化工作；

需求

1. Advanced art skills and sense of color; ability to complete design work independently.
2. Innovation driven, with a certain aesthetic ability.
3. Advanced experience in the tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator; experience in Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash and so on; Understanding in W3C standard; Comprehension in HTML/CSS development.
4. Bachelor degree or above in Industrial design, visual design, or related field of Study.
5. Good communications skills in English.
6. Experience in mobile software and website development; understanding of development lifecycle as well as interaction would be a plus.
7. Team work player, ability to handle multi-tasking, quick-learning, self-motivated and hard-working.
8. At least 2 years experience in related field.

1. 有良好的美术基础，敏锐的色彩触觉，能独立完成设计。
2. 具有独特创新能力和审美能力；
3. 精通Photoshop、Illustrator, 熟悉Dreamweaver、Fireworks、Flash等相关软件，了解W3C标准，具备一定的HTML/CSS代码开发技能；
4. 大学本科及以上学历，工业设计、视觉设计等相关专业。
5. 具备较强的英文交流能力；
6. 有手机软件和网站设计开发经验，熟悉开发流程，了解交互知识者优先；
7. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，优秀的自我学习能力和良好的职业素养，能够保持客观对待事物的态度和积极的主观能动性；
8. 二年以上相关工作经验。
